I am interested in yoga, fitness and I am a newbee at meditation and mindfulness, but it's just the time I have to do it. So I am writing this blog about my struggles with fitting in exercise and wellness with 2 young children. 

Since the COVID-19 lockdown I have been been been doing some research into helping our own mental health and wellbeing. I am also completing programmes and courses into alternative therapies, which I would love to share with you. 

I am a trained IDVA (Independent Domestic Violence Advocate) and I specialise in trauma recovery.
