I am interested in yoga, fitness and I love Spin, but it's just the time I have to do it. So I plan to write a bog about my struggles with fitting in exercise with 2 young children.
I am also doing a lot of research into DIY wellbeing and how I can fit that into my life at the moment.
Since the COVID-19 lockdown I have been been been doing some research into helping our own mental health and wellbeing. I am also completing more programmes and courses into alternative therapies.
