I thought I would do something a bit different with my blog posts. I thought I would share some snippets of my personal journaling with you. I hope it helps you to understand your own journey and recovery a bit better.
Journaling isn't just the happy, easy parts of our life; it's the hard, raw and complicated parts too. Everyone has good days, bad days, damn-right awful days and days that are inbetween and journaling can help. I wanted to share some of my journal enteries with you to show you the reality of mental health.
